Marketing emails
Create and send broadcast marketing emails to your client list from Arketa's marketing email builder.
Marketing → Broadcasts is where you build and send marketing emails — promotional campaigns, newsletters, and announcements — to your client list.
Marketing Emails lives under the Marketing section of the dashboard, not Settings. The link in Settings takes you directly there.
What you can do
- Create one-off broadcast emails to your full list or a filtered segment
- Use the drag-and-drop email builder to design branded emails
- Schedule emails to send at a specific time
- View delivery reports and open rates after sending
Who receives marketing emails
Marketing emails go to clients who are opted in to marketing communications. Clients opt in during sign-up (or manually via their profile), and can unsubscribe at any time.
To opt clients in by default, see General client settings.
Clients on the Email Suppression List will not receive any marketing emails.
