Email suppression list
View and manage email addresses that are blocked from receiving any communications from your studio.
Settings → Communications → Email Suppression List shows every email address that is currently blocked from receiving communications from your studio. Addresses land on this list automatically when a client hard-bounces, marks an email as spam, or unsubscribes.
What suppression means
An email address on the suppression list will not receive any communications — transactional or marketing — until it is removed.
This protects your sender reputation and keeps Arketa's email infrastructure in good standing with email providers.
View suppressed addresses
Search for a specific address using the search box. The list shows all currently suppressed emails with the date each was added.
Remove an address
If a client is mistakenly suppressed, or they've asked to be re-enabled:
- Search for their email address
- Select it and remove it — or click Remove all to clear the entire list
Once removed, the address can receive emails again.
