Sent transactional messages

Settings → Communications → Sent Transactional Messages is a searchable log of all transactional emails and SMS text messages sent from Arketa to your clients, staff, and instructors.

What's included

The log shows:

• Emails sent to business owners and instructors
• SMS text messages sent to owners and instructors

Messaging sent to clients is seen in the Client Timeline.

Search and filter

Use the search box to find messages by recipient email or phone number. Use the Filters button to narrow by message type, date range, or delivery status.

Troubleshoot delivery issues

If a client says they didn't receive an email or text, use their timeline log to:

1. Search for their email address or phone number
2. Confirm the message was sent and check its delivery status
3. If status shows failed or bounced, the client's address may be on the Email Suppression List or their phone number may be invalid
