Early booking privileges
Give members with active plans priority access to book classes before the general public.
Settings → Member Perks → Early Booking Privileges lets you create policies that give members with active pricing options earlier access to book classes than the general public.
How it works
You define a policy that extends a member's effective booking window by a set number of days. For example, if your general booking window opens 7 days before a class, a member with a +7-day early booking privilege can book 14 days out.
The general booking window is set in Booking Windows. Early booking privileges layer on top of it without changing the global window.
Create a policy
- Go to Settings → Member Perks → Early Booking Privileges
- Click Add new policy
- Select which pricing options qualify for early access
- Set how many days early members can book
- If your classes use delayed scheduling, turn on Early booking relative to delay scheduling (see below)
- Save
Multiple policies can exist for different tiers of membership.
If your classes use delayed scheduling
Delayed scheduling and the booking window are two separate gates, and a class has to clear both. Extending the booking window does not move a class's drop date, so on a delay-scheduled schedule the perk days alone change nothing your members can see.
The policy form has two settings for this, both off by default:

| Override delay scheduling | Skips the drop date entirely for qualifying members, so they can book as far out as the booking window allows. |
Example: your schedule drops every Sunday at 5:00 PM for the week ahead, and you give members a 7-day perk. With Early booking relative to delay scheduling on, members get next week's classes a Sunday earlier than everyone else. With both settings off, they wait for the same Sunday drop as the general public.
The policy dialog shows a note describing what your current settings will do — read it before saving.
