Member discounts

Create automatic discounts for clients with active memberships to reward loyalty and encourage repeat visits.

Settings → Member Perks → Discounts lets you create automatic discounts that apply to clients who hold an active membership or pricing option — rewarding loyalty and encouraging repeat purchases.

How member discounts work

Unlike promo codes (which anyone can use), member discounts apply automatically at checkout when a client has a qualifying active pricing option. No code is needed.

Create a discount

  1. Go to Settings → Member Perks → Discounts
  2. Click Add new discount
  3. Set the discount name, amount (percentage or fixed), and which pricing options qualify
  4. Choose what the discount applies to (drop-ins, retail, etc.)
  5. Save

The discount is active immediately for qualifying members.
