Auto-upload Zoom recordings
Automatically send Zoom class recordings to your on-demand video library after class.
If you record your Zoom classes, Arketa can automatically pull those recordings into your on-demand video library when class ends. No manual downloading and uploading required.
Prerequisites
- Zoom must be connected to Arketa (Connect Zoom →)
- You must use cloud recording in Zoom (not local recording)
Enable auto-upload
Go to Settings → Integrations → Zoom
In your Arketa dashboard, navigate to Settings → Integrations.
Enable auto-upload
Check the box to Automatically upload Zoom recordings to video library.

Configure Zoom cloud recording
In your Zoom account settings, make sure Cloud Recording is enabled. Local recordings won't be picked up by Arketa — it needs to be cloud.
What happens after class
When your Zoom class ends and the recording processes (usually within 30–60 minutes of class ending), Arketa automatically:
- Pulls the recording from your Zoom cloud
- Adds it to your on-demand video library
- Makes it immediately available to clients with access
The video will appear in your library under the name of the class. You can then add it to a category or collection, update the title, add a description, and set or adjust pricing.
After the video uploads
The recording lands in your library in a draft/unlisted state. You'll want to:
- Add it to the right category or collection
- Set a preview image
- Confirm pricing (inherits from the class unless you change it)
- Publish it for clients
[IMAGE TODO] Take a screenshot showing the on-demand video library with a recently auto-uploaded Zoom recording in draft/unlisted state, showing the edit options available (category, preview image, pricing, publish).
If you record every class, consider creating a dedicated collection (e.g., "Class Recordings" or organized by month) to keep your library clean and searchable.
