Check in a client
How to check in clients when they arrive for class.
Check in from the check-in screen
Open the class from Full Schedule, then click the check mark next to a client's name to mark them as checked in. The check mark can appear on either the left or right side of the row depending on your layout.
To undo a check-in, click the green check mark again -- it toggles off.

Check in from the business app
If you're teaching in person, use the Arketa Business App on your phone. You can check clients in directly from the schedule view without needing a computer.
Self check-in
You can enable a self check-in screen that clients can use on a tablet at the front desk. Clients tap their name to check themselves in.
After class: no-shows
Clients who were not checked in by the time class ends are automatically tracked as no-shows. They appear in your late cancel/no-show report and, if you have automated penalties set up, fees are charged automatically.
