Gift Card Balances report
See all gift cards with their current balance status.
The Gift Card Balances report shows all gift cards that have been created, along with their current balance status.
This is different from the Gift Card Usage report, which shows redemption transactions. Use this report when you want to see outstanding balances across all gift cards — useful for accounting and understanding your outstanding gift card liability.
Columns
| Column | Description |

| Code | Gift card code |
| Amount | Face value of the gift card |
| Balance | Current remaining balance |
| Purchase date | When the gift card was purchased |
| Expiration date | When the gift card expires |
| Sender | Client who purchased the gift card |
| Sender email | Purchaser's email |
| Recipient | Who the gift card was sent to |
Filters
Purchase date, expiration date, sender, amount, balance.
Export
Click Export → choose CSV, XLSX, or PDF → Download.
