Gift Card Balances report
See all gift cards with their current balance status.
The Gift Card Balances report shows all gift cards that have been created, along with their current balance status.
This is different from the Gift Card Usage report, which shows redemption transactions. Use this report when you want to see outstanding balances across all gift cards — useful for accounting and understanding your outstanding gift card liability.
Columns
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Code | Gift card code |
| Created date | When the gift card was issued |
| Purchaser | Client who purchased the gift card |
| Recipient | Who the gift card was sent to |
| Original amount | Face value of the gift card |
| Amount used | Total spent so far |
| Remaining balance | Current balance |
| Status | Active, fully redeemed, or expired |
Filters
Date range, status, balance range.
Export
Click Export → choose CSV or PDF → Download.
