See when clients first and last visited your studio.
Client's First Visit
The Client's First Visit report shows the first time each client interacted with your business — their earliest booking, check-in, or video view on record.
Columns: Client, email, first visit date, service type, class name, instructor, location.
Filters: Date range, service type, location.
Use cases:
- See how many new clients you acquired in a period
- Identify which classes or service types attract first-time visitors
- Build audiences for new-client follow-up automations
Client's Last Visit
The Client's Last Visit report shows each client's most recent interaction with your business.
Columns: Client, email, last visit date, service type, class name, instructor, location.
Filters: Date range, service type, location.
Use cases:
- Identify clients who haven't visited recently — a key input for win-back campaigns
- Understand engagement drop-off by filtering for clients whose last visit was 30, 60, or 90+ days ago
- Cross-reference with active memberships to find paying members who aren't showing up
Export
On either report, click Export → choose CSV or PDF → Download.
