Private Bookings report
View all reservations for private and appointment-based sessions.
The Private Bookings report shows all reservations for private and appointment-based sessions — separate from the group class Bookings report.
Columns

| Pricing option | How the appointment was paid for |
| Gross amount paid | Amount charged |
| Booking ID | Unique ID for the reservation |
Filters
Date range, instructor, service type, location, booking status.
Export
Click Export → choose CSV, XLSX, or PDF → Download.
