Customize and embed a marketing subscription form to capture leads from your website.

Settings → Communications → Lead Form lets you style a marketing subscription form and embed it on your own website to capture leads.

Customize the form

Set the button, background, and text colors to match your brand. Enter a hex code or use the color picker.

Choose fonts for headings and body text from the available options.

These appear only when lead management is on and you have at least one lifecycle stage.

Lifecycle stage — Assign new leads from this form to a specific lifecycle stage automatically
Lead source — Tag leads captured through this form with a source label for reporting

Copy the embed code and paste it into your website's HTML wherever you want the form to appear.
