Email settings
Add and verify custom sender domains and email addresses for outbound communications from Arketa.
Settings → Communications → Email Settings is where you verify your own domain and sender addresses so that emails sent from Arketa come from your brand — not a generic Arketa address.
At least one verified domain and one verified sender address are required before outbound emails can be sent.
Addresses & Domains tab
Sender domains
Add the domain you want to send from (e.g. yourstudio.com). Arketa will provide DNS records you need to add to your domain registrar to verify ownership.
- Click Add domain
- Enter your domain name
- Add the provided DNS records to your registrar
- Click Refresh domains to check verification status
Sender addresses
After your domain is verified, add specific email addresses on that domain (e.g. hello@yourstudio.com).
- Click Add address
- Enter the email address
- Confirm it via the verification email sent to that address
- Click Refresh addresses to update the status
Design & Details tab
The Design & Details tab lets you set email-wide branding — such as your logo and footer content — that applies to all outbound emails.
