General business settings

Configure your business name, profile image, scheduling URL, and site-wide defaults.

Settings → Business → General is where you set up the basics about your studio — the information that appears across your booking widget, emails, and website.

Business profile

After updating any field, click Save Changes.

Scroll down to Legal & Compliance to configure:

  • Liability waiver — Add custom waiver text that clients must accept before their first booking
  • Tax-inclusive pricing — When enabled, displayed prices include tax. The Stripe processing fee appears as a separate line item at checkout. See taxes for more detail.
  • Cancellation policy text — The policy shown to clients during checkout

Colors and fonts

Customize your booking widget's appearance at Settings → Business → Colors & Fonts. Set your primary color, button style, and font to match your brand.
