Arketa provides several subscription-specific reports for monitoring the health of your recurring revenue.

All Subscriptions

Every subscription in your system across all statuses.

Columns: Purchase date, client, status, pricing name, email, billing type, next renewal date, cancellation date.

Statuses: Active, canceled, incomplete, incomplete expired, paused, past due, trialing, unpaid.

Active Subscriptions

Currently active recurring memberships.

Columns: Purchase date, client, pricing name, email, billing type, next renewal date.

Filters: Date range, subscription name, customer name.

Use this to see how many active members you have and when they renew.

Active Trials / Intro Subscriptions

Subscriptions in a trial or introductory period.

Columns: Same as Active Subscriptions.

Subscription Renewals

Upcoming renewal dates with payment method verification.

Columns: Renewal date, client, amount, status, pricing option, email, has payment method (yes/no).

Use case: Run this report before a renewal period to identify clients without a card on file — reach out before the renewal fails.

Canceled Subscriptions

Subscriptions that have been canceled.

Columns: Purchase date, client, pricing name, email, billing type, cancellation date.

All Pause Subscriptions

Subscriptions currently paused (fees paused, access paused).

Subscriptions to Cancel

Subscriptions set to cancel at end of their current period (but not yet canceled).

Columns: Cancel-at date, purchase date, client, status, pricing name, email, billing, next renewal.

Use case: Identify clients who requested cancellation — consider a win-back outreach before their end date.

Past Due Subscriptions

Subscriptions with a failed payment that haven't been resolved.

Columns: Purchase date, client, pricing name, email, billing type, next renewal date.

Use case: Cross-reference with Failed Payments to prioritize outreach.

First Time Member

Clients who purchased their first membership in the date range.

Columns: Purchase date, client, status, pricing name, email, billing type, next renewal date, cancellation date.

Use case: Track membership acquisition trends over time.
