Package and deferred revenue reports
Track deferred revenue, order breakdowns, and expired packages.
Deferred Revenue
The Deferred Revenue report shows revenue from packages, subscriptions, bundles, and communities that has been collected but not yet recognized — i.e., the client paid but hasn't used the sessions or services yet.
Columns: Client, email, purchase date, expiration date, pricing option, paid amount, days used and remaining, credits used and remaining, earned amount, deferred amount.
Use this report for accrual-based accounting to understand the liability on your books from prepaid but unused services.
Filters: Purchase date, expiration date, client, pricing option, pricing option type, location.
Order Product Breakdown
The Order Product Breakdown report shows each product sold per order, including quantity and pricing. Where the All Payments report shows one row per transaction, this report shows one row per line item — useful when a single order includes multiple products.
Columns: Purchase date, product, category, revenue category, quantity, amount paid, client, email, order ID, price, tax, seller, payment method, status.
Filters: Purchase date, client, category, revenue category, product, location, payment method, status, source, seller.
Expired Packages
The Expired Packages report shows all packages (class packs and credits) that have expired or been fully used.
Columns: Client, email, pricing option, effective expiration date, price, expiration reason (expired or used), purchase date, expiration date, total credits, credits remaining.
Filters: Effective expiration date, purchase date, expiration date, client, pricing option, credits remaining, expiration reason.
Use this to identify clients whose packs lapsed without being fully used — a good audience for a win-back offer.
