Sales by category reports
Revenue broken down by product category and revenue category.
Arketa provides three category-level sales reports for understanding revenue by grouping rather than by individual product.
Sales by Category
All revenue broken down by product category (classes, memberships, retail, intro offers, etc.).
Columns: Category name, total sales, net sales, units sold.
Use this for a high-level overview of which parts of your business generate the most revenue.
Revenue Category Sales
All balance transactions made through the business, grouped by revenue category.
Columns: Revenue category, gross amount, fees, net amount, transaction count.
Use this for accounting reconciliation and understanding how payouts are composed.
Sales by Revenue Category
All revenue broken down by revenue category — similar to Revenue Category Sales but at the transaction level rather than aggregated.
Columns: Revenue category, date, amount, description, client.
Filters: Date range, revenue category.
Export
On any of these reports, click Export → choose CSV or PDF → Download.
