Subscription Renewals report
See upcoming renewal dates and identify clients without payment methods.
The Subscription Renewals report shows when each active subscription is set to renew, and whether the client has a payment method on file.

How to use this report
Run the Renewals report a few days before a large renewal batch:
- Filter to the upcoming renewal date range
- Sort by "Has payment method" — identify clients showing "No"
- Reach out to those clients before the renewal fails
Proactive outreach prevents failed payments and the follow-up work that comes with them.
Automated approach
Set up an automation with the Subscription expiring trigger to automatically notify clients before their renewal — prompting them to update their card if needed.
