Memberships
Create auto-renewing memberships with unlimited or credit-based access.
Memberships are your recurring revenue backbone. Clients pay a set amount on a billing cycle (monthly, annual, weekly, etc.) and get ongoing access to your classes. You can offer unlimited access or credit-based access with a set number of sessions per cycle.

[VIDEO TODO] Record a short Loom video showing the full membership creation flow: navigate to Setup → Pricing Options → Add New → Membership, walk through the Basic settings (Name, Price, Billing interval, Service types), then show the Access type toggle between Unlimited and Credits, and finally demonstrate the Additional settings (Commitment period, Cancellation policy, Pause settings, Booking limits, Guest passes). Save the membership at the end.
Unlimited vs. credit-based
Unlimited membership — clients book as many classes as they want. Best for studios with a wide variety of classes where clients attend frequently. Note: on-demand videos with unlimited memberships let clients watch each video as many times as they want, but classes can only be booked once.
Credit-based membership — clients get X credits per billing cycle. Credits don't roll over by default unless you enable rollover. This gives clients flexibility while giving you more predictable capacity.
Billing timing
By default, clients are billed immediately when they purchase. You can also set billing to start on a specific date or at the beginning of the next month — useful for aligning all membership renewals to the same date. See future start dates.
Commitment periods
If you want a minimum commitment (like a 3-month or 12-month contract), set this in the Commitment Period field. Clients won't be able to cancel before their commitment period ends.
