Sign-up forms
Embed an email opt-in form on your website to grow your subscriber list.
Sign-up forms let clients subscribe to your email list from your website, blog, or social media. When someone submits, they're added as a client in your Arketa dashboard.
Sign-up forms require the Marketing Suite add-on.
Set up your sign-up form
- Go to Settings → Sign Up Form
- Choose your colors and fonts — match your website's branding
- Click Save Changes
- Copy the embed code
- Paste it into your website

The form is ready immediately after setup. No approval process.
Embed on your website
Paste the embed code anywhere in your website's HTML. Most website builders (Squarespace, Wix, WordPress) have an "Embed" or "Code Block" element where you can paste it directly.

What happens after someone subscribes
- A new client profile is created in your Arketa dashboard
- If they're already a client, no duplicate is created
- They're added to your email list and can receive broadcasts
You won't receive a notification per submission — check your client list to see new additions.
Follow up with new subscribers
Set up an automation with the Subscribed to newsletter trigger to automatically send a welcome email when someone opts in. This is a low-friction way to start a relationship before they've purchased anything.
- Go to Marketing → Automations → Create Automation
- Set the trigger to Subscribed to newsletter
- Add a welcome email as the first action
- Set it live
