Arketa Rewind
Turn on Arketa Rewind so clients can look back on and share a recap of their recent activity in your branded app.
Arketa Rewind is a mobile-first recap experience inside your branded app that lets clients look back on their recent activity with your studio. It highlights their checked-in reservations and turns them into a simple, shareable summary.
Arketa Rewind lives only in the branded mobile app — a separate add-on product. There is no web version, so clients need your app installed to see it. Contact Arketa support to get started with the branded app.
Rewind works best for group class–based businesses, whether in person or virtual (for example, over Zoom). Because it's built around check-ins, on-demand–only studios will see limited value from it.
Turn on Arketa Rewind
Open Mobile App Setup
From your dashboard, go to Mobile App Setup.
Find the Arketa Rewind section
Scroll to the Arketa Rewind section of the setup page.
Enable it
Turn on Arketa Rewind for your mobile app.
Once enabled, eligible clients see Arketa Rewind in your branded app.
Customize the look
In Mobile App Setup, you can upload a custom image that appears in the Arketa Rewind experience for your clients. This lets the recap match your studio's branding.
What clients see
Here's what to expect on the client side so you can walk anyone through it:
Open the branded app
The client logs in to your branded mobile app.
Tap Arketa Rewind
Tapping Arketa Rewind opens a modal with the recap experience.
Move through the recap
Tap the right side of the screen to go forward, and the left side to go back.
There's no built-in share button. To share a recap, clients take a screenshot of the screen and post it to social media or send it to friends.
What activity is counted
Arketa Rewind counts checked-in reservations. On-demand video views are included only if the client was checked in to the video.
Because the recap relies on check-ins, it works best for studios that check clients into their group classes.
