Terminal isn't connecting

Factory reset
If nothing else works:
- Hold the blue buttons on both sides of the terminal for 15 seconds
- When prompted to reset, select Yes
- The terminal will restart and need to be re-paired with Arketa
Factory reset removes all local settings. You'll need to reconnect the terminal to your Arketa account and WiFi after resetting.
