What counts as a view of an on-demand video, how to set your own view and completion thresholds, and how it affects milestones, challenges, and reports.
A view of an on-demand video means a client actually watched it, not just opened the page. Arketa tracks how much of each video a client plays, so views, milestones, challenge progress, and video reports reflect real watching.
Settings → Clients has two controls under On-demand video:
- Counts as a view after (default 1 minute, 0.5 to 10 minutes)
- Counts as completed at (default 80%, 50 to 100%)
