Lead forms

Capture potential client information from your website, ads, or booking flow.

Lead forms collect contact information from people interested in your studio before they've made a purchase. Responses flow directly into your Arketa account, creating a new lead (and client profile) automatically.

Create a lead form

  1. Go to Lead Management → Setup → Intake Forms
  2. Click New Form
  3. Fill in the form details:

  1. Add custom fields — questions that appear on the form. Use these to collect anything beyond name and email (fitness goals, class interests, how they heard about you, etc.).

Share or embed a form

Once you've saved a form:

  1. Go to Lead Management → Setup → Intake Forms
  2. Hover over the landing page link
  3. Choose Copy link to share the URL directly, or Embed to get an embed code for your website

Embed places the form inline on your page — useful for landing pages, your homepage, or a dedicated "Join" page.

Link opens the form on a hosted Arketa page — useful for sharing in emails, ads, or social media.

Use cases

Google Ads — Link your ad directly to the form URL. Leads who click submit their info straight into Arketa, and an automation can follow up immediately.

Presales — Set up a form before you open your studio so you can capture interest and build a list before your first class.

Partner attribution — Create separate forms for different partnerships (e.g., "Local gym referral" vs. "Instagram ad") with different custom lead sources so you can track which partnerships drive the most leads.

Upsells — Attach a form to a specific pricing option to collect additional info from anyone who purchases.

Automate follow-up

To automatically respond to form submissions:

  1. Go to Marketing → Automations → Create Automation
  2. Choose the trigger Form submitted
  3. Select the form you want to track
  4. Add your actions (email, SMS, task)
  5. Set the automation live

This lets you send an immediate reply the moment someone submits, while they're still engaged.
