Reserve with Google lets potential clients discover and book your classes directly through Google Search, Google Maps, and other Google platforms — without leaving Google.
When someone searches for your studio (or fitness studios in your area), they can see your schedule and book in a few taps.
Requirements
- A physical address tied to your Arketa account (your studio address or a PO box)
- A verified Google Business profile
- Your Arketa business name must match your Google listing exactly
Why it matters
Reserve with Google puts your booking flow in front of people who are actively searching — often the highest-intent audience you can reach. Benefits include:
- Visibility — your classes appear in search results and on your Maps listing
- Conversion — clients can go from discovery to booking without switching apps
- Trust — your Google reviews and ratings appear alongside your booking options
Setup
Arketa handles the integration with Google on the backend. To turn it on:
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Google
- Under Reserve with Google, click Enable
Only locations with a complete street address, city, postal code, region, and country are sent to Google. Click Disable in the same place to turn it off.
Troubleshooting
My business doesn't show up when I search for it on Google:
- You may not have registered your business with Google Business
- Your account may not have a physical address
- Your Arketa business name may not match your Google listing exactly
