Money on the table: the weekly money digest
Get a weekly list of revenue opportunities from Arketa Agent, each with a ready-made draft
Every week, Arketa Agent reviews your studio's data and surfaces 3–5 opportunities worth real money. Each one comes with a dollar estimate, the clients behind it, and a ready-made draft. Agent never sends anything for you.
The digest is rolling out to studios gradually. If you don't see Arketa Agent or the digest, it isn't on for your studio yet.
Your first digest is free
Every studio gets one free digest. You don't need a plan or a switch for it. Agent prepares it on your first dashboard visit after Agent is on for your studio, and it's usually ready in a few minutes.
The free digest isn't emailed. It appears on the Overview tab of Arketa Agent and on the Money on the table card on the Home page, and a dot appears on the Arketa Agent sidebar item.
Turn on the weekly digest
Open the digest settings
Go to Settings → Billing, find Weekly money digest, and click Manage. Under Settings, turn the switch on.
Choose who gets it
In Send to, add up to 10 email addresses. If you leave it empty, the digest goes to the account owner's login email.
Choose when it arrives
In Send on, pick the weekday and hour, in your studio's time zone. The default is Monday at 7:00 AM.
Save
Click Save changes.
To get a digest right away, click Run my first digest now or Run now. Run now is refused if this week's digest is already running or sent, or if a manual digest ran in the last 24 hours.
After the free digest, the weekly digest uses Agent credits, typically $0.60 to $1.20 a week. A digest with nothing to flag costs nothing.
What's in a digest
Agent looks for these kinds of opportunity in your studio's data:
- Regulars who have stopped coming to their usual class slot
- Intro offers about to expire, stalled, or gone cold
- ClassPass clients who keep coming back but have never bought from you directly
- Clients at risk of churning who haven't heard from you in two weeks
- Class packs expiring within 30 days with credits left, for clients who aren't on a membership
- Memberships that are past due or unpaid, split into "at risk" and "already lost"
- Membership cancellations taking effect in the next 30 days
- Membership contracts ending in the next 30 days
- Classes whose fill rate has dropped sharply over the last three weeks
It keeps only the opportunities that pass these rules:
- Estimates are rounded to $10 and carry a unit, such as per month at risk or one-time.
- Each item needs at least $100 and 3 clients. At least 3 of those clients must be reachable by email with marketing opt-in, so dollar estimates are scaled to the reachable share.
- At most one item has no price. It's kept only for a hard deadline, such as an intro offer ending within 7 days.
- Few reachable clients — when an item has many clients but few are reachable, you get a 3-line front-desk script instead of a draft.
- Dismissed items don't come back for 28 days.
If nothing passes, the digest says Nothing worth flagging this week.
Read the card
The card shows a title, a summary line such as N opportunities · about $X a month · Week of …, and a View full digest link. The table has two columns:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Opportunity | What Agent found, with a link: Review email draft, Review text draft, or Open front-desk script. |
| Est. value | The estimate, such as $720/mo or $540 owed, or — when the item has no price. |
On the Arketa Agent Overview tab, the card collapses to a one-line strip once approvals are waiting.
Act on an opportunity
- Review draft opens the campaign editor on a draft broadcast to a hidden segment named
Digest · <headline>. Edit and send it like any broadcast. - Done elsewhere marks the item as handled outside the draft.
- Dismiss hides the item for 28 days.
Next week's run replaces drafts you didn't touch and keeps drafts you edited. Email drafts need a verified sender address. Without one, the item has no draft.
Last week's results
The digest shows a line such as Last week's fixes: … converted … vs … held out … $ in purchases. It counts bookings and purchases made within 7 days of a campaign you sent from a digest in the last 14 days. For items with 30 or more clients, 10% of clients are held out as a comparison group and don't receive the message.
