Update your payment method
Add or change the credit card on your account.
Add a new card
- Log in to your account on the studio's website
- Go to your account settings or profile
- Find Payment methods or Billing
- Click Add card and enter your card details

Set a default card
Your default card is used automatically for class bookings and subscription renewals. If you have multiple cards saved, you can set one as the default:
- Go to Payment methods in your account
- Click the menu next to the card you want to make default
- Select Make default

Remove a card
To remove a card, go to Payment methods and delete the one you no longer want. If it's the only card on an active subscription, add a new card first before removing the old one.
Expired cards
In many cases, Arketa and Stripe automatically update your card when your bank issues a replacement with the same card number. If your subscription failed due to an expired card, add your new card details and contact your studio to retry the payment.
Having trouble?
If you can't update your payment method through your account, contact your studio — they can update it on your behalf from their dashboard.
