Edit or delete a service type
Update or remove appointment service types.
Edit a service type
- Go to Setup → Service Types → Appointments
- Find the service type you want to change
- Click the edit icon under Actions
- Make your changes and save

Changes apply going forward — existing appointments already booked using this service type won't be affected unless you manually update them.
Delete a service type
- Go to Setup → Service Types → Appointments
- Find the service type
- Click the delete icon under Actions
Deleting a service type removes it from the booking page. Any existing appointments booked with this service type remain on the calendar — they're not deleted automatically.
Deactivating vs. deleting
If you want to temporarily stop offering a service without deleting it, you can deactivate it instead. An inactive service type won't appear on your booking page, but its history and settings are preserved. Reactivate it any time from the Service Types list.
