Required sign-up fields
Choose which profile fields clients must complete when creating an account.
Settings → Clients → Required Sign-Up Fields controls which fields appear on the client registration form — and whether each one is required, optional, or hidden entirely.
Field options
Each field can be set to one of three states:
| State | What it means |
|---|---|
| Required | Client must fill in this field to complete sign-up |
| Optional | Field is shown but client can skip it |
| Not included | Field is not shown during sign-up |
Available fields
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Phone Number | Used for text reminders and inbox messaging |
| Shipping Address | Needed if you ship retail orders to clients |
| Birthday | Useful for milestone celebrations and marketing |
| Location | The client's home location (relevant for multi-location studios) |
| ID Verification Upload | Lets clients upload a government ID during sign-up |
