Celebrations
See upcoming client and team milestones, birthdays, and anniversaries, and get them emailed to you each morning.
Celebrations shows who to celebrate in the next few days, so nobody's 100th class or birthday slips by. There are two pages:
- Customers → Celebrations for your clients
- Staff → Celebrations for your team
Each page groups celebrations by day and shows three kinds:
- Milestones — class counts from 25 up, with the class they'll reach it in, its location, and instructor
- Birthdays — the age they're turning and the class they're booked into that day
- Anniversaries — how many years they've been with you
Use Today, Tomorrow, or Next 3 days at the top to change the window. Tomorrow is handy for prepping at the end of the day. If you have more than one location, filter by location.
Get Celebrations by email
Owners and admins can have Celebrations emailed to them.
- Go to Customers → Celebrations (or Staff → Celebrations)
- Click Email digest
- Choose Daily or Weekly, and for weekly, which day
- Add anyone else who should get it, separated by commas
- Click Save
The digest arrives at 7am in your studio's timezone. Click Send a test to see it in your inbox first.
