Studio benchmarks
Compare your studio's pricing, operations and retention against anonymized data from similar studios on Arketa.
Studio benchmarks show how your studio compares with other studios on Arketa. Each metric puts your number next to the range other studios report, so you can see where you're ahead and where there's room to grow.
Studio benchmarks are included in the Studio plan.
What you can compare
- Pricing & revenue: monthly revenue, drop-in and pack prices, event prices, and membership prices
- Operations & team: team size, salaries by role, square footage and rent
- Class operations: class size, capacity and fill rate, classes per day, late cancellations and no-shows
- Marketing & retention (requires Marketing Suite): first-visit return rate, intro offer conversion, and automations
Each metric shows your studio's value alongside the 25th, 40th, median, 60th, 75th and 90th percentiles, plus your estimated position. Hover the info icon next to a metric to see how it's calculated.
Get started
Open benchmarks
Go to Analytics → Benchmarks.
Complete the Studio Survey
The first time, you'll answer a short, one-time survey about your modalities, rent, square footage and team salaries. Your answers are anonymized and combined with other studios' data.
Explore your benchmarks
After you submit, your benchmarks appear. Use the filters for modality, country, heated classes and city tier to compare with studios most like yours.
Who can access it
Studio benchmarks are available on the Studio plan. Within your studio, the owner, admins, and team members whose role includes the View Benchmarks permission can view them.
