Arketa Accounting
What Arketa Accounting does, how to sign up, and what connecting your financial accounts involves.
Arketa Accounting brings your business bookkeeping into the same place you run your studio. Connect your business bank accounts and credit cards, and your transactions flow in automatically for you to categorize, so your financial reports stay current without a separate accounting tool.
Go to the Accounting tab in Arketa to explore the features and get started.
The Accounting tab only appears for roles with Accounting access (admins by default). If your account doesn't have Accounting yet, opening the tab shows an upgrade prompt. If you see a restricted-page message, ask your account owner for access.
How it works
- Sign up. Start immediately on your own, or schedule a 20-minute call to walk through onboarding with the accounting team.
- Connect your accounts. Link your business bank accounts and credit cards so transactions import automatically.
- Categorize your transactions. Review what comes in and assign each transaction to an account.
- Review your performance. Live charts in Overview, and full financial statements in Reports.
Arketa only ever has read-only access to your connected accounts. Arketa cannot make or alter any transaction in your bank or credit card accounts.
