How employees and contractors complete their own payroll onboarding, which tax forms each one files, and when W-2s and 1099s arrive.
Your team members complete their own payroll onboarding. You send an invitation, and they enter their personal details, tax form, and bank information themselves. Nobody can be paid until their onboarding is finished.
