Zapier integration
Connect Arketa to thousands of apps using Zapier's no-code automation platform.
Zapier connects Arketa to 5,000+ apps without writing code. Use it to trigger actions in other tools when something happens in Arketa — like a new purchase, a class booking, or a new client signup.
Get your Zapier invite
- Go to Settings → Integrations
- Click Generate API Key then Invite
- Click Accept Invite and Build a Zap
- This opens Zapier with Arketa pre-loaded as your trigger app

Set up a Zap
- In Zapier, click Create Zap
- Search for Arketa Fitness (1.0.0) as the trigger app
- Select New Purchase as the trigger event
- Connect your Arketa account and test the trigger
- Choose your action app (e.g., Mailchimp, Slack, Google Sheets)
- Configure the action and turn the Zap on

Popular use cases
Tag purchases in Mailchimp
When a client purchases any pricing option, Zapier sends the offer name as a tag to Mailchimp. You can then trigger email automations based on that tag.
Zapier action settings:
- App: Mailchimp
- Action: Add Subscriber to Tag
- Tag: Select Offer Name from the Arketa trigger data
- Email: Select Customer Email from the trigger data

The tag added to Mailchimp will match the exact name of the pricing option purchased. Every purchase triggers this — you don't need a separate Zap per product.

- Add new Arketa clients to a Google Sheet for tracking

Test your Zap
After setting up, purchase one of your own products using a test email address. Check the connected app (e.g., Mailchimp) to confirm the tag or action was applied correctly. Then you're all set.
