Family sharing
Allow family members and friends to book and cancel classes on each other's behalf.
Settings → Clients → Family Sharing lets you enable family accounts so clients can book and cancel scheduled events for select family members or friends.
Enable family accounts
Toggle Enable family accounts on to activate family sharing. When enabled, a client can link other accounts to theirs and manage bookings on their behalf.
When off, all clients must manage their own bookings independently.
How it works
Once family accounts are enabled:
- A client links another account as a family member from their profile
- The primary account holder can then book, view, and cancel reservations for linked family members
- Linked members still have their own separate profiles, booking history, and pricing options
