Check-in notes
Add quick notes when checking clients into a class.
Check-in notes are brief observations you add while managing a class — things the instructor notices in the moment, follow-up reminders, or anything worth noting about that specific attendance. They're lightweight and quick to add without leaving the check-in screen.
Add a check-in note
- Go to Full Schedule and click into a class
- Open the check-in screen
- Find the client you want to note
- Click the note icon next to their name
- Type your note and save

Where check-in notes appear
Check-in notes are visible on the client's profile in the Timeline section, logged against the class date and time. Instructors can also see them on the check-in screen for that class.
Use cases
- Noting that a client mentioned knee pain during class
- Flagging that a client is a good candidate for an upsell conversation
- Reminding yourself to follow up if they seemed to be struggling
- Any quick observation that doesn't need to be a full client note
Check-in notes are staff-only. Clients don't see them anywhere.
