Achievements
Reward and recognize client milestones to keep them motivated and engaged.
Achievements let you create badges that reward clients for completing classes and sessions — helping you boost motivation, build habits, and keep clients coming back. You set the rules, and Arketa tracks progress automatically.
How it works section (for studios):
Go to Marketing → Achievements to create and manage achievements. Each achievement has a name, description, and optional image. When setting up an achievement, you choose: - What counts — in-person, livestream, video library, and/or private sessions - Locations — limit to specific locations, or leave open for all - Service and video library categories — so only relevant class types apply - Type — Milestone (total count), Streak (consistency over time), or Commitment (goal within a date range)
How it works section (for clients):
Achievements appear in the branded app on the home screen. Clients can tap "Show All" to browse their full collection — earned badges are full opacity, locked ones appear dimmed. When a client earns something new, they'll see a celebration moment in the app. Progress updates automatically as they complete matching classes.
